Introducing Our New Payment Portal

Would you like to pay our bills by credit card anytime that suits you? Do you prefer to have your credit card payments handled securely and automatically rather than processed manually? Would you like to be able to apply for a monthly payment schedule for your outstanding LDB invoices?

If you’ve said “yes” to any of these questions then our new Payment Portal is what you’ve been waiting for.

Here’s everything you need to know to get started with Payment Portal.

How do I access the Payment Portal?

If you receive your invoice by email, simply click on the link at the bottom of the invoice.

If you receive invoices by post, go to www.ldb.com.au/payment-portal/

When can I make payments using Payment Portal?

Anytime: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What credit cards can I use? Is there a surcharge?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you are paying the outstanding balance in full, no credit card surcharge applies.

How will I know my payment has been successful?

You will receive payment confirmation both on-screen and via email.

Can I still pay by credit card over the phone or by electronic funds transfer (EFT)?

Yes, you can still call us to make credit card payments, but only during office hours. Payments can also be made via EFT to the account detailed on your invoice.

Can I pay off my account monthly?

Accounting and audit clients with an ABN and an outstanding balance of over $2,000 can apply for monthly payments via the Payment Portal. Successful applicants will be provided with a quote that details administration fees and interest charges.

Monthly payments can be debited from a credit card account or other nominated bank account.

Note that where monthly payments are made via credit card, a surcharge does apply.

How is Payment Portal more secure?

Maintaining the security of our clients’ confidential information is of the utmost importance to us.

Payments made over a secure internet connection directly with our service provider go unseen by human eye, so we do not obtain or record your credit card details.
