Sylviana Martinus is a Certified Practicing Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Applied Finance from Monash University. Joining LDB in 2018, Sylviana brought a wealth of knowledge and experience from her prior work in small to medium-sized accounting firms, where she developed a nuanced understanding of the challenges faced by diverse businesses and individuals alike.

In her role at LDB, Sylviana manages a varied portfolio of clients, including sole traders, wholesalers, restaurateurs, property developers, RSLs and sports clubs, not-for-profit organisations, and private family trusts. She is dedicated to supporting her clients through the complexities of tax compliance and strategic planning, offering expertise across accounting and tax matters such as GST, capital gains tax, and tax planning.

Known for her attention to detail and her approachable, friendly nature, Sylviana is passionate about building strong relationships with her clients. She strives to make accounting and tax processes accessible and clear, fostering a sense of trust and collaboration. Outside of work, Sylviana’s meticulous planning extends into her personal life. An avid traveller, she enjoys exploring new places with her husband and two sons and is known for creating detailed travel itineraries, complete with spreadsheets to manage every aspect of the journey.
