Amy Karipidis plays a key role as a Manager at LDB Group, advising a portfolio of clients on tax and accounting matters.

In addition to leading a team, she works closely with businesses from start-up phase through to scaling and selling.

On a daily basis, she manages a portfolio of clients that covers a range of industries, including the medical sector, builders, game developers and the tech industry, wholesalers, and high-net-worth family groups.

She also specialises in advising on business matters and tax technicalities. This includes working on mergers and acquisitions, including the sale of businesses, and supporting clients in meeting their business and tax compliance obligations.
