Florence joined LDB in mid-2017 following an 11 year career in a mid-tier accounting firm.

Florence manages a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors including information technology, real estate, wholesale food services, private family groups, professional services firms, along with extensive understanding of  legal, IT and recruitment businesses.

Florence’s experience encompasses management and financial accounting, cash flows and advisory work, including corporate/family structures and taxation planning.

She enjoys working with businesses that are in a transition phase, either by way of an acquisition, rollover or divestment with experience in due diligence, business sale and shareholder agreements, financial modelling, and taxation planning.

Florence is our expert in blochain technology and cryptocurrency and welcomes the opportunity to work with businesses looking to leverage this technology and/or existing businesses looking to explore accepting cryptocurrency as a method of payment.
