INSURANCE
Arranging for adequate & competitive Building, Contents & Public Liability Insurance covers, to include quotes for renewal & lodgment of routine claims.
REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE
Attendance to all maintenance requirements including arranging of trade’s people & payment thereafter.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
Regular inspection of property & comprehensive written report to client with recommendations.
COMPUTERISED ACCOUNTING & REPORTING
Electronic banking facility.
Accurate monitoring of creditor payments.
Detailed monthly Statement & comprehensive annual report of transactions conducted through our trust account.
Annual audit of Trust account.
OWNERS CORPORATION ADVICE & REPRESENTATION
Advice on all matters relating to Owners Corporation ( where applicable ) & representation @ Owners Corporation meetings. ( Note; an additional hourly fee applies to this service ).
RENOVATIONS
Overseeing of major renovations, including arranging quotations, liaising with & coordinating trade’s people, inspection of works & payment. ( Note; additional fee applies to this service ).
LEASING & OR SALE OF PROPERTY
When required, arrange for the leasing or sale of the property ensuring maximum return, this would include market appraisal, appointment & liaising with Agent & Solicitor, ensuring of appropriate marketing strategies & costs, etc.

BUDGETING & INCOME SOURCE
Annual Budget of all outgoings & creditor payments to determine monthly/annual allowance to be paid into our Trust Account from which we would draw funds.
