Daniel Dubois

Accounting Principal

Commencing his career in a Big Four accounting firm, Daniel has more than 20 years’ experience as a chartered accountant. He has financial expertise across a wide variety of disciplines including accountancy, tax and audit for SMEs and ASX listed entities, and self-managed superannuation fund advisory.

Prior to his appointment as Principal in the business services division at LDB, Daniel spent more than 14 years as partner and director in small and mid-tier chartered accounting firms in Melbourne.

Playing a key role in solving complex structural issues, Daniel has accumulated complementary skills in corporate governance, due diligence, capital raisings and business valuations. Focusing on client needs, he offers in-depth analysis across business services, accounting, audit and tax.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with majors in Accountancy and Economics, from the University of Melbourne, and dual registrations as Chartered Accountant and CPA.
